We are Katie & Kristen. Identical twin sisters, born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. We do what we love and aren’t afraid to get dirty.
Growing up as twins and best friends, we share a lot of similarities. We are both Washington State University grads, Disney World College Program alumni, both have worked in various different school district jobs, and are both mamas.
We started this blog as a fun, creative outlet to share our passions with you! It is safe to say we are no experts in any given task, but we will use our creative and sometimes unconventional ways to get the job done. We believe there are many ways to achieve results and how you get there is half (if not more) of the fun!

My husband, daughter and I live on a small 5 acre hobby farm down a very long dirt road which is currently home to our two blue heeler pups, Bindi and Buckwheat, two donkeys, Barbie and Skipper, five chickens, and two barn cats, Birdie and Shredder.
We recently welcomed our daughter, Charlotte, into the family, so right now my time is spent soaking up all of the baby snuggles while juggling every day tasks. I love being outside, maintaining and growing our farm, hiking, dirt biking, and creating, and can’t wait to share my passions with my daughter as she grows.
I am down for pretty much anything and love a new challenge. I believe in working hard and that there is always more than one solution to any given challenge.

After having my first baby this Spring of 2020, during a once in a lifetime (hopefully) pandemic, I had an itch to soak in all there is to know about motherhood. I have spent many sleepless nights scrolling through different mommy blogs and Facebook groups absorbing whatever knowledge I can get my hand-sanitizered-to-death hands on.
Through my late night information gorging and social media consumption surrounding motherhood, products, hacks & tips, I am sharing with you, the things I am trying as a millennial mom.
I believe in trying my best, trying new things, and not being afraid to make a mess while figuring things out.
My husband and I were married in 2013 and live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where we both grew up. In addition to our sweet baby, we have two fur babies: Koko, an English Bulldog and Pumbaa, a long hair black cat.
